Impact
Supporting forest owners in the protection and development of climate-silient and location-appropriate forests.
We support international certified climate projects that provide sustainable energy in developing countries, accelerating the transformation away from fossil fuels.
We offer workshops to show people the effects of climate change on the forest directly on site.
Each Klimapunkt offsets one tonne of CO2. For this purpose, the German forest is supported, which is Germany’s largest CO2 sink. The support is based on a holistic approach, which helps forest owners to plant trees, repair damage and finance forest conversion to mixed forests. Furthermore, each climate point supports an international climate project certified by the UN.
